Phillip Charles "Phil" Snyder is an American actor, voice actor, university professor, bible teacher, writer, and producer.
He was the third voice of Jiminy Cricket, following the death of Eddie Carroll in April 2010.
He retired from voice acting in 2014 to focus on his career on teaching the Bible, and he was replaced with Joe Ochman.
